The Pōhutukawa Tent is completely off-grid, but you’d never know it. Every comfort runs seamlessly thanks to a smart blend of solar energy and renewable wood pellets, providing all the power and hot water you could need without compromise.
The pellet burner not only heats the water and underfloor heating but also helps maintain a steady, sustainable warmth throughout the tent. Solar energy powers the fridge, oven, and appliances, keeping everything running just as it would in a traditional home.
Even the hot tub is refreshed between each stay, emptied, refilled, and heated to 38°C before guests arrive, all from clean, renewable energy sources.
This is off grid travel, elevated: where sustainability and indulgence exist in perfect harmony.
